We are conveniently located on Sunrise Highway between Deer Park Ave and Route 231 on the South (eastbound) Service Road.
If you are traveling on Sunrise Highway use exit 40.
If you are traveling on the Southern State parkway use exit 39S.

 

Use Exit 40 Turn RIGHT onto COMMON STREET (just after sign for Family Dentistry) to access our parking lot.

Use Exit 40 to Service Road Follow signs to DEER PARK AVE (County Rd 34) SOUTH At Deer Park Avenue, turn RIGHT (South) First LEFT onto HENRY AVENUE just after Sunrise Highway overpass Second LEFT onto COMMON STREET to access our parking lot

Use Exit 39S - Deer Park Avenue (Route 231) Follow exit to Route 231 and turn RIGHT at the light to head south Immediately bear RIGHT to stay on DEER PARK AVENUE Just over 1 mile, LEFT onto HENRY AVENUE (just after Sunrise Highway overpass) Second LEFT onto COMMON STREET to access our parking lot

Use Exit 51 South - Deer Park Avenue (Route 231) Take Route 231 South approximately 5 miles Just past the Southern State Parkway, bear RIGHT to stay on DEER PARK AVENUE Just over 1 mile, LEFT onto HENRY AVENUE (just after Sunrise Highway overpass) Second LEFT onto COMMON STREET to access our parking lot Please note that while the office is on Sunrise Highway, access to our parking lot is from Common Street ONLY. You will not be able to enter our parking lot unless you turn onto Common Street. Please refer to the map for directions
